Check out NO FEAR’s mission in action through our recent partnership with There Is Always Hope Foundation, a Louisiana-based nonprofit that utilizes music to advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention support.
With NO FEAR teaching artists meeting with students over the course of three months, “Dream” emerged. This original composition reimagines Dr. MLK Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech through song and breaks the illusive “fourth wall” of arts experiences by inviting audiences to become active participants in the experience.
This debut performance from Temple Sinai New Orleans, welcomes an audience of over 500 to connect, reflect, and relate to one another through participatory and communal artmaking, being hallmarks of Experiential Arts and Learning and what “art for heart’s sake” is all about.
